How do you know if a toilet needs repair or replacement?
If the repair is cheaper than half the cost of a new toilet and it'll give you another few years, we do the repair. Most running toilets are just a flapper or fill valve. If the tank is cracked or the bowl is stained so bad it won't clean, replacement makes sense. We tell you which it is before we start.
Why does my faucet drip even though the valve seems tight?
